Many of you know that I have been
taking care of my Great Uncle for the last
two, going on three years.
This past Tuesday we got a call from the hospital
that we needed to get to Virginia right away
that he had taken a turn for the worst.
We rushed up, said our good-byes, got things in
order, and prepared final paperwork and things with the
hospital. As of today (Friday Morning)
he has rallied and looks like he will be with us for
a while longer!
I have tons of pictures to share with you about the
Southern Bloggers Conference and their
shopping day at SuzAnna's Antiques
but for now bear with me while we are riding this emotional
roller coaster.

Things like this often happen.........but at least you did a lot of necessary prep. for another time down the road. Know you have been a Godsend to him for some time - but then you are a sweet person, just like your entire family.
I hope uncle continues to rally and perhaps can enjoy a little more quality time before leaving for a better place.
Jenny, we're off tomorrow - see you on my return.
Hugs to all - Mary
I know what that's like. It's hard. God bless you for blessing your family. ♥
I bet your love and support had a lot to do with his recovery. xo, suzy
