Cookie Party!!

Thank you to Scrappy Jessi for hosting her Second Annual Cookie Party!!
Here is my contribution!!
Whip Cream Cookies!!

These are the only items you need for the best cookies ever!!

One box of cake mix-any flavor

one egg

one 12 oz container of cool whip

Scrape everything into a bowl making sure you get all the Cool Whip out!

Mix all together until blended!

And make sure your assistant is cleaning as you go!

Then using a scoop or spoon drop about a teaspoon full into topping of your choice.

We used red and green sugar, but depending on your cake mix use what you want. Place on greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. All the while making sure your assistant is still cleaning. This is what they look like when they come out!!

Let cool on pan, they will be squishy until cool.

Enjoy!

Depending on what cake mix flavor you use

you can make many different flavors of cookies.

Chocolate mix with Powdered Sugar

Yellow mix with sugar or cinnamon and sugar

Spice cake with cinnamon and sugar or cloves or pumpkin pie spice

Lemon mix with powdered sugar

Butter mix with cocoa

But remember...never turn your back on your assistant!!

Okay I am off to scrape Kyle off the ceiling now!! Enjoy!!

Those look so easy! I wish I could make cookies and be able to "not eat them"!

Love your little helper. I have made those cookies before using the lemon mix. It's a fabulous recipe. :) Your package should be there tomorrow. :)
