New Curtains!

No not like these shades!! My mom found a vintage table cloth with my colors on it!

LOOK what she made me!! Okay, really bad picture but I was so excited I had to share!!!!!

IT IS SOOOOO PRETTY!!!

Jimmy V

Last weekend was my Jimmy V Celebrity Golf Classic weekend!

Like I mentioned, I run the Bike Patrol Security for the weekend (this is from a previous year I am in red)

and my Dad(pink shirt) runs the security for the whole event!

We had a great weekend, but I was busy and did not take pictures so these are from the evenings events!! The Classic has been around for 16 years now and you can read more about the

organization here! The picture above is Pam Valvano-Strasser, Jimmy's widow. Best lady you would ever meet! So sweet and kind and wonderful for the weekend! This is my sister and one of our great friends Lisa, who is a breast cancer survivor!This years theme was "It's Personal" so here is Kyle where he wrote his name on the banner with my mom's name next to it! She is battling breast cancer right now and doing wonderful!Here is a picture of me all "done" for the black tie night and a close up of the necklace that everyone asked about! It is a custom order for a client that I made and wore to make sure all the connections would work!! It held together great and I got LOTS of compliments!

With the virus that I got on my computer this past week, I did not have a chance to plan my post this week, so here are some fun things I have been playing with this week!

Hello!!

I am sorry for the lack of posts over the last few weeks!! This weekend is the reason!! Every year for the past 16 years I volunteer for the Jimmy V Celebrity Golf Classic for Cancer Research! The weeks leading up to it are full of meetings and meetings and more meetings! But after Sunday everything calms down. I run the bike patrol security and have a ton of fun, but we also have a black tie formal night and everything! This is me in my dress without hair or makeup...I promise I WILL look better!! hahaha!

Pink Saturday!

Well, I would love to tell you this week that I have been very good

on all my talk last week....I would love to tell you that, BUT....

This is more along the lines of what I have felt like!! hahaha!

With Kyle in his first full week of school and trying to get

into a routine and finally "thinking" I could get some

of that deep cleaning done around here that needs to be done...

wellllllll the exercising and watching what I eat has kinda flown out the window!!

So back to my plan!!

Eating better, drinking more water and exercising!
