I feel like I have hit the jackpot! With all the friends I have made on Pink Saturdays at How Sweet the Sound,

and all the amazing blogs I have been connected to through Pink Saturdays,

how could I not feel lucky!

But now I just wish I could meet you all in person!

Since I can't though, I would like to direct you to another great blog I have come across in the last few weeks! Carol at Old Glory Cottage has a wonderful blog that I have so enjoyed reading! Everyone is all smiles now that he is here.

Emily thought her water had broken about 8 pm last night so they went to the hospital and her blood pressure was up, so the Dr said "Let's have a baby"

Rapid telephone calls to everyone and Henry was born shortly after we all got to the hospital, via C-section! Mom and baby are doing great and I got home about 2:30 am! Kyle is so excited to go meet his baby cousin, so we are on our way to the hospital as soon as I shower and find a hit of caffeine! Luv to all and there are more pictures on Facebook!

I will be back after the baby shower this afternoon and hope to visit you all then! Luckily my sister is still pregnant! My mother in law is doing great...turns out she is on Advantia, that diabetes medicine that is all over the news right now and she only had arrhythmia, not a full blown heart attack! YEAH!

why I thought I had enough time to clean this week, before my sister's shower on Saturday, when I have a meeting Wednesday morning at 9 for my volunteer group. Another meeting on Thursday night for my volunteer group (different division). Training for the volunteer group on SATURDAY MORNING and the shower is at 2 on Saturday.....

Get in my way and I will beat you with my broom!

My sister is still pregnant!! Thanks for the well wishes for her!

Still in bed and feeling miserable! But onto better things!

11 years ago today I married my sweetie!

I really need to scan some of those pictures in!

You would be hard pressed to tell the difference between that picture above and mine!

LOL!! hahaha!

We never thought when we met in 6th grade that

someday we would be married with a little boy!

Okay, you guys all sent good thoughts and prayers

my way and my mom's way through all of her stuff this spring....

now I need you guys again!

Mom is fine...doing great actually!

But my very pregnant sister is now on bed rest due to high blood pressure!

She has about three more weeks til her due date,

and they would not stop her if she went into labor,

but every extra day of "cooking" for the baby helps!!

Also, we found out yesterday that my mother in law

had a minor heart attack Monday night!

She is okay and at home, but has to have angioplasty on Tuesday!

So if I am not around much over the next few days you will know why!!

Yes, a little departure from our normal Pink Saturday post, but Miss Beverly said it was okay You know me!

Could not let a holiday go by without sharing a few of my pretties with you! These pin ups just feel like 4th of July! Especially with all the service men over seas right now!

Even though this guy is not overseas yet, he will be next year!

My handsome brother in law in the National Guard just found out he will

be deployed next year so this July 4th is especially moving to us all!

So "Thank You" to Tim and all the other service men who are fighting for our freedom! Enjoy your fireworks! Be safe and have a GREAT July 4th!
