I am off to the NC State Fair with 45 first graders on Monday....Thank goodness, no rides, just through the livestock and produce areas!
But one of my friends won first place blue ribbon for her ketsup!!
How cool is that?? It was her first time entering and she WON!!

Jenny, you are a saint! I can only imagine the noise on that school bus ride. I remember going on a few field trips with our daughter, and I always had a headache by the end of the day!

I'm actually hoping to get out of going to the fair this year. Must be getting old, because lordy that place is too much work.
